She is a shareholder who manages Colodny Fass’ Lobbying and Governmental Consulting Division in Tallahassee. Ms. Webb represents a cross-section of businesses and public entities, including national and international insurance companies, insurance agencies, and related businesses before the Florida Legislature and Executive Branch. On behalf of clients, she works closely with various State regulatory agencies, as well as quasi-governmental entities such as Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. A recipient of the “Outstanding Lobbying Efforts” award from the Florida Insurance Council, Ms. Webb serves as Florida legal counsel and lobbyist for the Property and Casualty Insurers Association of America, as well as for the Florida Property and Casualty Association, a consortium of domestic property and casualty insurers. On his own time, he has met with local agencies and law enforcement leaders, state regulators, and others whose decisions affect the auto recycling industry. He works closely with the FADRA Board and lobbyist to develop the association's legislative positions. He also answers questions from members about licensing, data reporting, and regulatory issues.
