We also work with agencies such as the Dept. of Environmental Protection, Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, the Division of Motor Vehicles, and other local and state entities.

FADRA is represented in Tallahassee by Trevor Mask of Colodny Fass, whose main office is in Tallahassee.Trevor is a Partner in Colodny Fass’ Lobbying and Governmental Consulting Division. Herepresents a diverse roster of public, private and trade association clients. Experienced in a variety of public policy areas, he works frequently with insurance, health care, transportation, environmental, utility and criminal justice issues.He has extensive experience with statutory and constitutional analysis, and also represents clients before Florida’s regulatory agencies, providing testimony at regulatory hearings, rulemaking workshops and statewide hearings. For FADRA, Trevor monitors legislation throughout the year that affects the auto salvage and recycling industry, helps develop bills and find sponsors when necessary, interprets legislation and advises us on bills' potential impact, and helps with our Legislative Days preparation and on-site presence.

Legislative Chairman

Steve Holland, co-owner of Brandon Auto Salvage in Brandon, FL, began serving as FADRA's Legislative Chairman in 1999. On his own time, he has met with local agencies and law enforcement leaders, state regulators, and others whose decisions affect the auto recycling industry. He works closely with the FADRA Board and lobbyist to develop the association's legislative positions. He also answers questions from members about licensing, data reporting, and regulatory issues.
